Shipping policy

At Dryluxe, we do our best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Many products are available straight from stock. In some cases, products are dispatched directly from our supplier to ensure a fast and efficient delivery.

Delivery Time

The expected delivery time is stated on the product page. Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. In the event of temporary sales, larger orders or products with a different delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched via reliable parcel services such as PostNL, DHL or a similar carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code, where available.

Delivery within the European Union

Dryluxe delivers to consumers and businesses within the European Union. Deliveries are made from our warehouse in the Netherlands or directly from an affiliated supplier.

Delivery charges

Free delivery applies to orders of €100 or more. Any delivery charges for smaller orders are automatically calculated at checkout.

Checking your order on receipt

Please check your order immediately upon receipt for any transport damage or discrepancies. In the event of damage or an incomplete delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
