Within the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement of your hair dryer if a defect occurs due to faulty materials or careless workmanship. Should a specific part, such as a color variant, become unavailable, we will provide a functionally equivalent alternative.
The warranty period is 1 year and commences on the date of purchase or the date of delivery, whichever is later. The warranty is transferable, provided the original invoice can be presented.

What is covered under Dryluxe's warranty?
The Dryluxe provides coverage for repair or replacement of your unit if, within the warranty period, a defect is found to have been caused by defective materials or negligent workmanship. Should a specific part, such as a color variant, become unavailable, a functionally equivalent part will be offered as a replacement.

What is not covered by the Dryluxe?
Products not purchased directly from Dryluxe . Normal wear and tear, such as parts that wear out over time (e.g., fuses, belts, brushes, batteries, filters).
Unintentional damage.
Removal of locks; refer to the manual for this if your unit is locked.Damage caused by external sources, such as transportation, weather conditions, power outages or fluctuations in the power supply.
Defects caused by circumstances beyond Dryluxe's control.
In addition, defects under the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:
Careless use, misuse, negligence or improper operation of the appliance.
Use of parts not installed according to Dryluxes instructions.
Use of parts and accessories that are not original manufacturer's parts.
Improper assembly or installation (unless performed by Dryluxes mechanics).
Repairs or modifications performed by parties other than Dryluxe.
