Quality and sustainability are central to Dryluxe. That is why we offer a warranty on our products to guarantee you the best experience. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace your hairdryer if a defect occurs due to faulty materials or careless workmanship. If a specific part, such as a colour variant, is no longer available, we will offer a functionally equivalent alternative.
The warranty period is 1 year and starts on the date of purchase or the delivery date, if this is later. The warranty is transferable, provided the original invoice can be submitted.
